Matthew D. Paradisi is a partner at Cicchiello & Cicchiello, LLP. Attorney Paradisi represents plaintiffs in all phases of personal injury, workers' compensation, civil rights, and employment matters—from inception through to trial or settlement. In his time at Cicchiello & Cicchiello, LLP, he has fought relentlessly for clients who have been injured in accidents, or who have been unlawfully terminated, harassed or discriminated against in the workplace, recovering tens of millions of dollars on behalf of clients. Attorney Paradisi is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts in Connecticut, along with the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Attorney Paradisi has been recognized as Top 40 under 40 Civil Plaintiff trial lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers™, A Super Lawyers Rising Star™, and a Titan of Industry™ as published by The American Lawyer.

Attorney Paradisi attended Endicott College for his undergraduate education where he majored in Communications, received the Senior Thesis Award, and graduated with honors. He subsequently attended Western New England University School of Law, where he was awarded the Iijima Award for Best Brief, served as Chief Justice of the Moot Court Board, and focused his studies on civil litigation.

Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Attorney Paradisi worked as in-house counsel for a Connecticut engineering and construction firm, and later served as a civil and family clerk in Connecticut Superior Court.
